Punctuality is Key: We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your punctuality ensures a smooth transition and allows us to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.
Respect for Time: If you are more than 10 minutes late, regrettably, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, a designated late/cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures the punctuality of our services for all our valued clients.
Completed Consent Forms: Kindly ensure you have completed the necessary consent form before your appointment. Your prior completion of this form streamlines the process and allows us to focus solely on enhancing your natural beauty.
Arrive with Clean Lashes: We request you to arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. This ensures optimal results and allows us to work with precision, creating a stunning look that truly complements your unique features.

Your cooperation with these policies not only ensures the seamless operation of our salon but also guarantees you a luxurious and uninterrupted experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines, allowing us to provide you with unparalleled service.

Cancellation Policy

At darling lash bar, we value your time and the efficiency of our services. To maintain the seamless experience we provide, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Should a notice be given less than 24 hours prior, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee will apply.

In the event of a no-show, a charge of 75% of the scheduled service will be applied to your account.

If you happen to be delayed and arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, a 50% rescheduling fee will be charged. Alternatively, if the appointment can still be accommodated, a $10 late fee will be applied to the total.

These policies are in place to ensure the punctuality of all appointments and to maintain the high standards of service our distinguished clientele deserve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the excellence of our salon.

Infill Policy

At Darling Lash Bar, we uphold the highest standards to ensure your lash experience is nothing short of perfection. Please take note of our infill policies:

To maintain the quality of our work, infills require a minimum of 50% retention. In cases where retention falls below this, a full set will be charged.
Lashes older than 4 weeks necessitate a full set, irrespective of retention. This ensures the removal of outgrown lashes, allowing for meticulous application.
For continuous lash beauty, regular infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

Please understand that retention can vary based on factors such as your lash cycle, aftercare practices, weather conditions, exposure to heat, steam, sleep patterns, medications/medical conditions etc.

Parking

At darling lash bar, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the tranquility and exclusivity of our location. Kindly note that the first space in the complex, situated beside House 1, is designated as the exclusive visitor car park. We kindly request that our esteemed clients refrain from parking in front of the residence.

In the event that this designated space is occupied, alternative parking options are available on Ward Street or conveniently across the road at Southport State School. Your attention to this matter ensures a harmonious ambiance and an unparalleled experience during your visit. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to our parking guidelines.
